Cooking of kosher food at the Airport is carried out under supervision of the Ukrainian committee on kashrut under the direction of the Main rabbi of Donbass Pinhas Vyshedski and Council about kashrut for Holy places of Ukraine under the direction of the known rabbi Meir Sirota from St. Jerusalem.
